1. What’s included in the HOA fee?
Included but not limited to: water and sewer, cable, trash, lawn maintenance, lawn treatment, & irrigation along with the upkeep of all common areas and amenities in the community. Also included in the HOA fee is a reserve fund for roofs and painting individual homes.
2. Are your financials available?

3. Do you allow rentals?
Yes.
4. Are there substantial reserves in you budget for major projects?
Yes, by Florida Statute perimeters we are covered with a correct dollar amount for a HOA our size.
5. How is your HOA governed?
A five member Board of Directors of residents elected for a three-year term which represents all property owners. Monthly meetings open to all residents.
6. Do you have a management company?
Yes, Royal Oaks of Citrus is managed by Parklane Real Estate Services.
7. Do residents volunteer?
Yes, we have an enthusiastic, committed and caring community, with all committees run by property owner volunteers.
